This late night smoothie was intended to clear out my blackberry stores before the big move! There’s a good 20 blackberries in here so this smoothie is high in antioxidants and vitamin C. As it was after dinner, I decided to go for a nut milk and turn it into a dessert style shake. Try this one out if you still have blackberries in the freezer from last year!
1 very ripe banana
1-1.5 cups almond or coconut milk (depending on how thick you want it)
Lots of ice 5-8 cubes!
Blend and pour into a tall glass- top with dairy free icecream for a real treat!
