Day 23 : Sunrise

This is a colourful vibrant and quick smoothie which requires no chopping! Perfect for a little sugar boost and not too filling, it’s a great after dinner treat.Made from sweet, black cherries and wonderful, bitter blood orange the balance to this smoothie feels like a virtuous version of a holiday cocktail. 

You’ll need:

12 pitted black cherries 

1 large or 2 small tangerines

1 blood orange

1 cup coconut rice milk

A few ice cubes

Peel the oranges and throw the fruit into a blender with the liquid. Blitz and knock back!
