This is creamy and light and has a lovely bitter-sweet flavour. I’ve had such a busy day that this one is being made not long before bed time! Therefore it can’t be too bloating. Avocado in the evening can help to regulate blood sugar which can aid a better nights sleep.. Though I’m not promising the pineapple will help!

2 cups water
4-5 ice cubes
Blend until completely smooth and frothy, this tastes like a limeade float!
