Day 18 : Refresher

This one is simple, fruity and delicious. I love colourful fruit smoothies and they seem to appeal to the less smoothie inclined, too! This makes it a great treat to throw together for friends.The recipe includes a lot of pineapple and makes a couple of large servings. Switch out the water for coconut water for a revitalising twist.
You’ll need:

1/2 ripe pineapple

12-15 sweet, dark cherries (mine were frozen)

1/2″ piece ginger root

1-2 cups water

Blend and drink – simple!
