After yesterday’s experience with the rebel mylk testing, I decided I’d work on my own recipe for a tasty vegan shake indulgent enough for a Sunday evening treat.This one is made with ground almonds and pecans, plus super sweet maple syrup and fresh banana. It tastes just like a dessert and is surprisingly filling.
1 large, ripe banana
1 tsp maple syrup, plus extra to drizzle
1 tbsp ground almonds
1-1.5 cups almond milk
4 ice cubes
Blend until smooth and enjoy in a Sunday night Lush face pack (like me)!
