Day 11 : Papayanut

  I’m afraid this morning is a bit of a blur. Up, shower, bump into something, breakfast, coffee, leave! There was enough time to MAKE  the smoothie, but not enough to post about it. So here we are. A belated but delicious papaya, banana and mango smoothie with a coconut base (very practically presented). This feels wonderfully tropical, even in the greyest of weather.

You’ll need:

1 small papaya

1/4 mango

1 banana 

1/2 lime

2 cups coconut milk (from a carton)

Blend and enjoy at home or on the move like Ash, photographed here!

  1. This looks wonderful! I can’t help but think our bodies are looking for warming food in the winter and cold weathers and fruit smoothies more so in the summer time. Definitely will be trying this when the warmer weather perks up 🙂
