I’m afraid this morning is a bit of a blur. Up, shower, bump into something, breakfast, coffee, leave! There was enough time to MAKE the smoothie, but not enough to post about it. So here we are. A belated but delicious papaya, banana and mango smoothie with a coconut base (very practically presented). This feels wonderfully tropical, even in the greyest of weather.
1 small papaya
2 cups coconut milk (from a carton)
