Day 9 : Weekend Cucumber Cleanser

  
I’ve been holding out on today’s post as I felt like there was a more indulgent smoothie in hand for Sundays. As it turns out, what I really craved today was simple, green and hydrating.
You’ll need:

2-3″ cucumber, chopped 

2 pears

Juice of 1 and a half limes

1 cup frozen spinach

1 cup coconut water

1/2 cup cold water

Blend everything together and serve straight away!
