I used organic hemp protein powder which is incredibly filling and half almond milk for creaminess, half coconut water for a balancing boost.
I find myself craving carbs in the morning and toast is my usual go to, but this smoothie keeps me feeling much lighter.
1 scoop hemp protein or 2 tbsp hulled hemp seeds
2 medjool dates
1 large tbsp peanut butter
1 cup almond milk
1 cup coconut water
1 tsp vanilla essence
Toasted coconut to garnish
Put all ingredients into a blender, reserving some of the banana and the coconut and whizz up until smooth. Top with coconut and banana and enjoy. Finish this one off with a spoon.
