DAY 1 : Wake Up Potion

This drink is excellent for when you need something charged with energy.
The big dose of spinach is perfect for boosting iron levels and ginger helps warn off  sickness that seems to lurk around during the winter months.
The kiwi and lime pack a sharp punch and leave you feeling revived, plus it’s green so you automatically feel virtuous!



The recipe:
1 sharp flavoured apple
3 ripe kiwis
1 inch piece of peeled ginger
1 cup spinach, frozen
The juice of 1 lime
1.5 cups cold water (depending on how thick you want it!)

Blend all ingredients until completely smooth and enjoy.
